1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Printera platform ("Service") operated by Printera ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To place orders you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT at 20% unless otherwise stated.
• A standard delivery charge of £7.49 applies to each order unless a promotional offer states otherwise.
• We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase.
• Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via Stripe.

4. Artwork & Files

• You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded artwork is print-ready and meets our file guidelines (PDF format, 300 dpi, CMYK colour mode with appropriate bleeds).
• AI-generated artwork produced through our platform is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee suitability for every use case.
• You warrant that any artwork you upload does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Production & Delivery

• Production begins once payment is confirmed and artwork is approved.
• Estimated turnaround times are indicative and not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
• Delivery is handled by DPD Local. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted as products are made to order.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a reprint or refund at our discretion.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Printera or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use Supabase for secure data storage and Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Printera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
